Hey, I'm Apurv. I'm a BI Analyst based in Toronto who spends way too much time drawing cartoons and caricatures. I genuinely love both things and somehow they make each other better.
On the data side, I get a kick out of cleaning messy datasets, building dashboards in Power BI, and automating boring stuff with Power Automate. There's something deeply satisfying about a well-built flow. On the creative side, I draw people, situations, and whatever random idea is stuck in my head that week.
I've been lucky enough to explore some incredible places. In Europe I've wandered through Hungary, Czech Republic, Austria, Salzburg and Turkey, soaking up gothic architecture and getting lost in old city centres. I've also spent time in California, Boston and Philadelphia in the US, and closer to home, anywhere in Ontario is always worth the trip.
When I'm not at a screen, I'm probably hunting down good Indian, Thai or Mexican food, playing video games, or arguing about which Pixar movie is the best. (It's a tough call. Wall-E is the answer) Oh, and I have a soft spot for a really good chicken tenders. No notes.

Love getting lost in a good game. Whether it's something story-heavy or just mindlessly fun, games are my go-to way to switch off and recharge.
Few things beat a well-run trivia night. I'm in it for the obscure questions, the banter, and the very specific joy of being right about something completely useless.
I love gothic landscapes, wandering through old European cities, and finding natural beauty in unexpected places. Hungary, Prague, Salzburg — give me cobblestones and dramatic skies any day.
I'm a cartoonist. I draw people, faces, situations — mostly stuff that makes me laugh first and hopefully you second. Caricatures are my favourite thing to make. Here's some of what I've been up to.

Honestly, I love everything about movies. The storytelling, the visuals, the music, the way a great scene can just sit with you for days. Big fan of animated films too — Pixar especially hits different. I keep track of everything I watch on Letterboxd. Here are four that have stuck with me.
I love getting lost in new cities, finding gothic architecture around dark corners, and stumbling onto natural beauty I wasn't expecting. Here are some places I've been lucky enough to explore.
